Mrs. Wilt, your maternal portraits made me want to cry for joy. I have two daughters and remember their birthdays with such fondness. (Particularly my second as it was a MUCH better birth experience.)
Thank you for such a lovely Mother's Day post. I hope you have a very blessed day as you remember your children's births.
Mrs. Wilt here: Thank you, Mrs. Henrich! Even though I have rumpled hair and no makeup and look rather shabby, I think there is such beauty to be seen in a new mother's face. Although my little ones are much too young to remember to "do" Mother's Day, I celebrate by remembering them instead. :o)

Beautiful pictures. Thank for sharing them. Those moments with a new baby are so precious. I treasure those no makeup, rumpled hair pictures. They show such intense love.
Mrs. Wilt here: Thank you, Kimba! I treasure each of those pictures. It is sometimes difficult to believe that my boys were ever so small- with each passing year it seems so long ago. But every time I look at those pictures, they take me right back to those precious first moments. :o)

Great idea for a photo montage! I think I will copy you and give you all the credit. :)
Mrs. Wilt here: Feel free...no credit needed. :o) By the way, I am mailing you my Goldilocks and 3 Bears pieces that I made earlier in the month. I think you can find a better use for them than I. Plus, I couldn't think of a really great way to trace them. They should arrive sometime this week. :o)

Oh Mama, these are such beautiful photos! They seriously tear me up and get me so excited for the upcoming birth of our second child. It's just amazing how we can so completely and passionately love all of our children, just as the Lord God loves each of us.
HAPPY LATE MOTHER'S DAY!
Mrs. Wilt here: Happy Mother's Day to you too! I've always heard that "a mother's love multiplies and never divides". So very true! :o)

Just had to share with you that our boys are the same ages, except mine were born 12-03 and 8-05. Isn't that funny?!
Mrs. Wilt here: That is so funny! I bet they would be good friends if we lived closer. :o)
